Good question! For starters, currently the salary for senior level graphic designers reaches IDR 300 million per year, plus benefits (insurance, allowances, etc.). Besides, you probably don't have enough work to keep them busy, so you're stuck paying for something you can't make the most of.
With a monthly subscription, you can cancel and continue your subscription whenever you want. With this option, you pay the designer only for what you need.
When you decide to subscribe, you can add as many design requests as you need (Standard and Pro plans) to Trello or Notion, and we will complete your design requests one by one.
The average completion time for each design request takes 2 (two) working days. However, more complex design requests require more time.
You may be surprised to hear this, but Foxtrot Studio is (at least for now) a creative agency company consisting of only 1 (one) person. Which means, you partner directly with me, the Founder of Foxtrot Studio.
However, work that requires more creative energy such as animation and custom illustrations is provided by our other creative partners.
We understand you may not have design needs every month.
For example, this month you only need 5 - 10 designs, this is where the cancel subscription feature comes into play.
The subscription billing period is 30 days. For example, you subscribe from the first month, then decide to stop subscribing the following month. You can resubscribe on any date in the following month, you can even resubscribe on D+1 since you canceled your subscription.
For most design requests, we use Sketch App or Figma.
Foxtrot Studio gives you the freedom to make design requests. Generally an easier way is to use the Trello app, share files via Googe Drive, or even record your request in video format (for those of you who don't really like writing).
Basically, any method that can be connected to Trello, it's a fair game.
Don't worry. We will make as many revisions as necessary until you are 100% satisfied with the results.
Of course there is. Foxtrot Studio does not work on the following designs: 3D modeling, graphic animation (GIFs, etc), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and complex printing designs (magazines, newspapers, etc.).
Because it requires high quality design work, we do not provide refunds.
